Hello, 

Ich habe ein Schreiben von Petra Hintz erhalten, dass ich 60,38 € zahlen soll, aber ich habe gar keinen Vertrag mit SKY, ist das ein Betrug ? Können Sie mir bitte helfen? 

Ich spreche nur ein wenig Deutsch, daher wird eine Hilfe in Englisch geschätzt.

I received a letter from Petra Hintz to pay 60,38 €, but I do not have a contract with SKY at all , is this a scam ? CAn you please help me ?
